Wellness Content Club – Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket to the Wellness Content Club (“the Event”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (“Attendee”, “you”) and the event organisers (“Organiser”, “we”, “us”).

2. Event Access & Inclusions

Your ticket grants you access to the full day of activities, including workshops, content creation sessions, networking opportunities, implementation support, and professional images as outlined on the event page. Specific inclusions may change at the Organiser’s discretion.

3. Payment & Ticket Confirmation

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your place. You agree that the information you provide for payment (including name and email) is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel a booking if payment cannot be processed.

4. No Refunds / All Sales Final

All ticket sales are final. No refunds, partial refunds, credits, or transfers are provided under any circumstances, unless cancellation made by Organiser, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Illness or injury

  • Travel disruption or personal emergencies

  • Weather conditions

This is due to the bespoke nature of the event which is designed with each guest in mind.

5. Substitution Policy

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person only with prior written approval from the Organiser submitted at least 14 days before the Event. Approval is at the Organiser’s discretion and will only be granted in exceptional cases.

6. Event Changes & Cancellation by Organiser

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify the schedule, activities, or content of the Event

  • Change speakers, sessions, or venue

  • Cancel the Event if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, or insufficient attendance

If the Organiser cancels the Event entirely, you may be offered a partial refund or credit at our discretion — but such refunds are not guaranteed.

7. Code of Conduct

You agree to treat fellow attendees, speakers, and staff with respect. Disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the Event without refund.

8. Photography & Media

By attending the Event, you consent to be photographed, filmed, or recorded. The Organiser may use such media for promotional, educational, or commercial purposes without payment or additional consent.

9. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising out of attending the Event, including loss of income, data, or personal property.

10. Health & Safety

You are responsible for your own health and wellbeing. If you have specific health needs or dietary requirements, you must communicate these in advance. The Organiser will not be responsible for unexpected medical costs or incidents.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
