Amplify — Event Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to Amplify, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Event Details
Amplify is an in-person branding and photography experience designed for wellness entrepreneurs.
The event includes a pre-event strategy call, a group branding workshop, individual photoshoot time, and networking.
The event schedule is approximate and may be adjusted slightly on the day to ensure the best experience for all attendees.
2. Ticket Purchase & Payment
All tickets must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your place.
Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Refund & Transfer Policy
Tickets for Amplify are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Tickets are transferable, however this is entirely the responsibility of the original purchaser.
If you transfer your ticket, you must notify the event organiser in writing at least 7 days before the event, providing the full name and contact details of the new attendee.
The organiser is not responsible for arranging resale or transfers on your behalf.
4. Attendance & Participation
By attending Amplify, you confirm that you are able to fully participate in the event and activities.
If you arrive late or leave early, no partial refunds or alternative sessions will be provided.
Missed sessions, shoots, or strategy time due to late arrival are forfeited.
5. Photography & Deliverables
Each attendee will receive:
Individual 1:1 shoot time during the event
30 edited images delivered after the event
The option to purchase the full image gallery separately
Image selection, editing style, and delivery timeline are at the discretion of the photographer and aligned with their professional style.
Raw images are not provided.
6. Creative Direction
The creative approach of Amplify is intentionally expressive, non-traditional, and aligned with bold, authentic branding.
By attending, you acknowledge and accept the photographer’s creative direction and visual style.
7. Intellectual Property & Usage
The photographer retains copyright of all images.
Attendees are granted a non-exclusive licence to use their images for personal branding, marketing, website, and social media purposes.
Images may not be sold, altered beyond basic cropping, or used in a misleading or defamatory way.
8. Health, Safety & Conduct
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards all participants.
Any behaviour deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate may result in removal from the event without refund.
9. Liability
While all reasonable care will be taken, the organiser is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury sustained during the event, except where required by law.
Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings.
10. Changes & Force Majeure
The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, location, or content if necessary.
In the unlikely event that the event must be cancelled due to circumstances beyond control (force majeure), a rescheduled date will be offered. No refunds will be issued.

By purchasing a ticket and attending Amplify, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
