Brand design - How it works

PREPARATION
Upon booking and paying your deposit you receive a project portal created with Notion. On it you will find the timeline of our project, preparation bits like outfit guide and most importantly your brand questionnaire. Once you filled that out we move on to the next step.
BRAND STRATEGY
For Emerge and Unfold, you and I have a 60mins call where we refine together your brand strategy. This is the foundation of your brand.
BRAND PROPOSAL
From there after extensive research I send you a proposal with a moodboard and your logo, with an overview of what your brand could look like. You get 3 rounds of feedback for us to refine the brand elements and finishing touches.
SHOOT BRAINSTORMING
From the brand questionnaire and a Pinterest board I create for you, we collaborate to create your shot list. We have a 30 mins call to finalise the details and bounce ideas.
PHOTOSHOOT
We finally meet in person ! A day for us to have fun and explore, creating amazing brand imagery in the process. You receive the images 7 to 14 days after we meet.
BRAND GUIDE
You receive a brand guide outlining your brand, how to use the elements, and links to your social media templates ! And you get all the files you need to start showing up as your new brand. This is when I start on your website !

Personal branding photography is a type of photography for entrepreneurs, creatives and business owners. The images tell your story, reflect your brand and builds trust with your audience, as well as creating consistency across all your digital presence.

We provide plenty of direction on the day but what makes the difference is all of the preparation beforehand with which I help you with. We also have tons of posing guides and outfit guides. But you will end up having such a nice time that you won’t need guidance in the end We promise ! Here is a little guide on how to be photogenic.

For personal branding and brand shoots we have plenty of suggestions in London (and one in Leicester). For other cities in the UK we can look together or we can give you some pointers depending on which add on you selected.

It is the reality of living in the UK and why we always recommend having at least one part of the shoot booked indoors. However it is usually easy to work around a bout of rain, but if we encounter a storm or a full day of rain, we can discuss the possibility of a different day.

To book your shoot you need to pay a deposit which is non refundable. I will aim to find a time to reschedule for a fee, which is highlighted in our contract.
